As every SEN school and role is different, we have a dedicated SEN team who understand the required skills and expertise in this specialist area which consists of Qualified Teachers and experienced Learning Support Staff.

Our SEN recruitment process is rigorous to ensure we only recruit the highest calibre individuals. We hold face to face interviews and offer CPD Courses to all candidates.
