Sugarman Education sources experienced Teachers and Support Teams to work alongside children and young adults with Special Education Needs (SEN). As every SEN school and role is different, we have a dedicated SEN team who understand the required skills and expertise in this specialist area which consists of Qualified Teachers and experienced Learning Support Staff.

We have a dual approach to recruitment with your dedicated consultant supporting you to fully understand the role you are looking for, your preferred options and roles to match your skill set. We have candidates with a knowledge of the local community and international candidates sourced from across the globe to help support the schools that we work with.

We have been placing candidates in SEN roles for over 20 years, supporting a range of SEN including:

We also are fortunate to have a pool of exceptional candidates, including Therapists, OT’s, Physios, Speech and Language Therapists alongside the our Teachers and Support Staff whose experience includes PECS, Makaton, Team Teach, Manual Handling, Personal Care, BSL and working alongside IEPs.

In addition to teachers and wider support teams, we are experienced in recruiting for Education Welfare Officers, Educational Psychologists and Social Workers.

Our SEN recruitment process is rigorous to ensure we only recruit the highest calibre individuals. We hold face to face interviews and offer CPD Courses to all candidates.

Not only do we have staff looking for long term positions and permanent employment, we also work with supply staff who at very short notice can provide excellent cover.
